Monthly Gift Circle

Monthly giving that can be set up automatically. Our Gift Circle donors provide us with regular, sustained giving that ranges from $10-$200 a month with most around $20-30.

Annual Donations

Made on Giving Tuesday or later in December or in response to a special campaign. We depend on this special way of giving. GenOn is registered with Thrivent Financial's Thrivent Choice program.

DeHaven Fund

Donations to the DeHaven Fund support a special fund allowing congregations in financially challenged communities to start or sustain intentional intergenerational ministry.

Stocks, Bonds
& Mutual Funds

Consider donating appreciated securities (stocks, bonds, mutual funds you've held for more than one year) to GenOn Ministries. By doing so, you may be able to reduce or avoid capital gains taxes and receive a federal income tax charitable deduction. You can also designate GenOn Ministries as the beneficiary of your securities. The procedure may vary from one security to another. Contact your broker for more information about this simple way to support GenOn. 

Planned Giving

Remembering GenOn in your will or revocable trust is a meaningful way to leave a legacy. These gifts make it possible for GenOn to continue its pursuit of growing lifelong disciples for  years to come.

Suggested language for a bequest: "I hereby give to GenOn Ministries, located at PO Box 4, Springdale, PA 15144 [indicate a cash amount, percentage of net estate or description of property] to be used for its general operating funds."

If you are considering other contributions, such as retirement assets, charitable remainder trusts, charitable lead trusts or other types of property (jewelry, art or real estate), please consult your financial adviser.
